8th Annual Pacific User Group Meeting
Carlsbad, California
April 20-21, 2010
The eighth annual Pacific Users Group (PUG) conference will be held April 20th and 21st at the City of Carlsbad. This two-day conference is packed with presentations and workshops from NorthStar Representatives, Super Users of NorthStar, and Harris Business Partners. The agenda will include Harris updates, AMI Utility Initiatives, Cashiering and payment processing, business processes, future enhancements, and open forum opportunities.
PUG provides a unique venue for all NorthStar Users and Business Partners to get together, network with other utility companies, discuss business processes, resolve issues, and communicate our needs to NorthStar Management as a group. Your participation is very important to the success of this conference.
We are finalizing the agenda and need your input; we’ll be accepting recommendations until February 26, 2010. Please contact Michelle Nall at mnall@ci.glendale.ca.us or call (818) 548-4097 with any recommendations.
Tuesday evening, April 20th you’re invited to join the Committee Members, NorthStar Representatives and the Business Partners at Karl Strauss for dinner. Guests are welcome to join us for an additional fee of $20 per guest.
The registration is $150.00 per attendee, which will include continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks Tuesday and Wednesday. Please complete the registration form and return it to Zillah Johnson by March 31, 2010. Check, money order, Visa and MasterCard will be accepted for the registration fees.
